Cassandra Haynes is a performance-driven Human Resources professional with over 26 years of combined expertise in Human Resources management, recruiting, corporate payroll, retention strategies and employment laws.  She is a Strategy architect in the development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities.  Cassandra has been recognized and awarded for outstanding abilities as a creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker who effectively balances the needs of employees with the mission of the organization.  She has strong communication, interpersonal relations, mentoring, negotiation and organizational skills. Her years of experience showcase her ability to drive strategic HR initiatives to realize bottom line results and enhance employee engagement in the pursuit of organizational objectives.

She matriculated through the Schley County school system and graduated with Honors and several other various awards from Tri-County High School.  She began her college career by attending Oxford College of Emory University and graduated with honors from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Ga with a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Robert E. Mack School of Business.
